I have been working on ExtractNow for a really long time as a hobbie meaning I spent my own free time working on it when I have a chance. Therefore I cannot offer support beyond what is located on the documentation page.

If you want to report a bug, have a suggestion, or need to submit a localization please do so here. Screenshots and video captures are helpful in reproducing bugs. I currently develop on Windows 7 and refuse to upgrade to Windows 8 because its garbage so I won't be able to fix Windows 8 specific bugs.

Be careful when installing so that you don't unintendedly install software offers you don't want. You have an opportunity to opt-out and there is also a portable version available that does not have software offers.
